When
should I order my wedding stationery?
We
would recommend 2-3 months in advance of the wedding (Longer for
those who have to travel from abroad). Don't worry if you have
left it later than this, as we can design, print and deliver your
order within 14 days.
How
do I order?
You
can order online through our secure
payment site, or if you prefer, via
e-mail.
How
do I know my order has been received?
Once
to have placed an order (either on-line or via email) a confirmation
e-mail will be sent to you within 30 minutes. We will also email
or telephone you prior to an order being dispatched to confirm
an approximate delivery date.
You
don't have the design I'm looking for, can you still help?
Of
course! We can design anything you require using photography,
illustration and type. You do not have to use one of the pre-designed
items if you do not want to. Simply get in touch via e-mail and
we will come up with a design solution for you.
How
do I supply my wedding details?
If
you order online, you can add your wedding details on the checkout
page of PAYPAL. Don't worry if you miss anything, we will be getting
in touch via e-mail or post to confirm the details. We will not
print anything until you have seen a proof(s) of your order.
If
you have very specific design requirements, then our customised
service is for you. Simply e-mail us with what you require and
we will respond within 24hrs.
Do
you offer refunds?
Yes.
If you pay using our website and decide you do not want to proceed
with printing after you have received your proof, we will refund
you. If however you approve your design and confirm to be printed,
we will not be able to offer a refund. Only in
the following circumstances will a refund be given:
1.
If you do not like the design at proofing stage.
2.
Your order was damaged upon delivery.
3.
The printed products are faulty.
We
would be happy to re-print and faulty items upon return of the
goods.Please

How
long will it take to design, print and deliver my order?
Once
we have met your design requirements and you have approved your
designs, we will then go to print. This usually takes 14 days,
depending on how quickly you approve your designs.
Do
you use metallic inks and/or offer an embossing service?
All
of our printing is done digitally and therefore are unable to
offer any special finishing services. Special inks, foil blocking
and embossing are very expensive to print on small orders (i.e
less than 1000).
Are
envelopes included with my invitations?
No.
We sell our envelopes separately to our invitations as many of
our customers have different preferences on the type of envelope
they require. Click

How
much is postage, packaging and delivery?
£4.95
is our fixed charge for any orders placed at the same time.
How
do I pay?
Pre-designed
wedding stationery
and other products can be paid for using out secure
online payment provider, PayPal. You do not require
a PayPal account to use this service, as you can pay using your
debit or credit card once clicking proceed to checkout.
Customised
designs are
paid for by cheque only. This is because the design process is
more detailed and requires more contact with our design team.
Once you have approved your designs, payment shall be required.
On clearance of your cheque, your order will be sent to production
and delivered within 14 days. Please make cheques payable to 'ROUND
SQUARE CREATIVE' - our partner
design company.
Does
your website have a secure payment system?
Yes.
We use PayPal as it is one of the most secure online payment systems
in the world and is trusted by millions of people. We do
not hold any of your credit/debit information on record.
Can
my invitations be printed in another language?
Yes,
but only if you can supply the text.
